i want a new job more than anything right now. but i can't find anything. idk what i want to do which is not helping me.

school is cool. jk but it's okay. i don't hate any classes so far which is a start.

life

my little cousin made the varsity team for volleyball which makes her the second youngest on the team. i'm so proud of her since i always thought she wouldn't be good. but she proved me wrong by showing me up lol. i wish now that i wasn't so lazy in high school and actually tried to play for my school. at least i still played on that other team for the four years. anyway i'm going to def go to some of her games coming up.

so i have been yoyo dieting since january and finally stuck to something. since january i've lost 21 pounds. i think this time i'll stick because i have my brother to look up to. he lost over 100 pounds which is crazy but great. he's told me numerous times that he will help me get this weight off. he wants us all to be healthy. so do i.

school starts next week and i'm not dreading it. i've been pretty bored since work shut down. plus i'm determined to bring my GPA up this semester and stop slacking off. i also need to start thinking about graduate school. i only have two years left of being an undergraduate. oh where does the time go?

the other night i spent a lot of time on ikea's website figuring out what i want to do to finish my room.

so i watched all 4.5 hours of the olympics opening ceremony. i couldn't stop watching everything was so beautiful. some of the technology blew my mind. and the little kid who survived the earthquake is my new favorite person in the world. omg his story broke my heart.

danielle and mike's wedding is today! i can't believe it's here already. it felt like just yesterday i was getting the text from her telling me mike proposed. so sweet.

i listed my first ever item on ebay and it already has two bids. it's all so exciting except i can't figure out this shipping crap. i make it out to be so much more difficult than it really is. but i hope it goes well because i need the money.

so yeah i should probably try to get at least a little bit of sleep. erica and i have to go strapless bra shopping before the wedding. so much for last minute, eh?

working woes

i have a good chance from being fired from hallmark (over the dumbest reason ever) when the store renovation is over. i'm nervous yet sort of happy. i honestly do not want to be at that store anymore. i can't take it. maybe this is just what i need.

so i just applied at petco for a dog groomer assistant. i love dogs and the job includes giving them baths and such. i think being around animals is good job for me. i hope they call me. if i do get accepted and the pay is greater than what i get now.. then i'm definitely leaving even if i don't get fired.

now ashlinn wants to plan a disney trip next summer. that means i should be going twice in the matter of months. i can't afford this. why do people think i am made out of money? at this moment i have less than $100 to my name, not including the money I have saved for disney with the fam. i don't know where it all goes but it's certainly not to anything useful. also with our store closing due to renovation i won't be getting any money. i will never move out of this house =[

i was so lazy making these. oh well, they still are cute and my background is pretty fly with my comics, newspaper article about the joker (which my thoughtful mother saved for me) and entertainment weekly.

i am a nerd

barbie are/is (?) making new batgirl, supergirl, black canary, and wonder woman barbies and i want them all! this is sad i'm 20 years old and i still want barbies. i wouldn't even mind having all the grease ones. but i need the superhero ones for the nerd inside me. (that's what she said) so they will probably be on my christmas list.

as you may already know the dark knight was bad ass and i'm so ready to go see it again. regal gave me a free ticket from the rewards thing so it's a great excuse to see it again since it will be free.

lately all i have been doing is playing tomb raider anniversary for the wii since i bought it off of ebay for 10 bucks. i really missed playing this game. it brings back so many childhood memories of watching my brother play it and me wanting to be lara croft. now i need to get my hands on super mario 64, the legend of zelda: ocarina of time, and goldeneye 007 and my life will be complete. the first two i can just download onto the wii but i need goldeneye back in my life for a lot of reasons. i think i should just buy a nintendo 64 again. it was and will always be the greatest gaming system to me. i am a loyal nintendo fan.
